Fireproof building materials

Sovern Group supplies fireproof building materials on enquiry. Tell us the product and the quantity, and we come back with what meets your requirement and what does not. They are supplied factory-direct, alongside our flooring, wall panels and decking, in the same container.

Start from the requirement, then choose the product

A project that needs fireproof building materials starts from a requirement written by someone else: a code, a consultant's strategy or a client's specification. Our job is to match a product to that requirement, and to say plainly when a product does not meet it. Send us the requirement and the quantity and we answer with what fits and what does not.

Whoever you buy from, this is what to insist on. The classification and the standard together, never one without the other. A test report covering the exact build you are buying, including the backing and the adhesive, because the system is tested, not the panel. The date of the report and its scope, because the scope line is the claim. And who issued it.

Our inorganic wall panel systems come with their test report, and we would rather you read it than take our word. They sit in one wall panel programme beside SPC and LSPC rigid panels, co-extruded WPC, fluted and acoustic panels and flexible stone, all made to order, so a project can take its inorganic panels together with the rest of its wall package.

How an enquiry runs. You send the requirement. We confirm what meets it and what does not. Before anything is ordered, the samples and the test report for the build are reviewed, and the report's scope line is read against your build. The price is then quoted on a named basis, FOB or CIF, so the boundary of the cost is clear. Every product is batch-inspected before it ships, and the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading travel with the container.

Fireproof building materials are supplied on enquiry and quoted per project, so the first message matters: the product, the quantity, the destination port, and the standard and classification your project requires.

Fireproof building materials: common questions

Do you have a catalogue of fireproof building materials?

Fireproof building materials are supplied on enquiry, specified for each project. Tell us the product and the quantity and we confirm what we can supply and quote it.

What should I send with an enquiry for fireproof building materials?

The product, the quantity, the destination port, and the standard and classification your project requires, with the relevant specification section if you have one.

What should a test report show?

The classification and the standard together; the exact build you are buying, including backing and adhesive; the date and scope of the report; and who issued it.

Can fireproof building materials ship in the same container as flooring?

Yes. Orders across our categories consolidate into the same containers, with one set of documents. A minimum per item and per colour still applies.

Which countries do you ship to?

We export worldwide and quote FOB or CIF per project.

Who makes the products you supply?

Sovern Group is five specialist factories working together, so a project deals with one counterparty: one contract, one quality standard and one set of documents, supplied factory-direct.

Can I get samples before I order?

Yes. Samples are available on request, and the samples and the test report for the build are reviewed before anything is ordered.
