For designers, builders and architects
Sovern House: complete lines
Sovern House is a line already chosen for you: floors, walls and outdoor surfaces drawn, tested and costed to sit together. Pick a line and we send the sample set. Lines ship under the Sovern House name, in plain white boxes, or under your own brand.
Choose the line, not forty products
Specifying a scheme from scratch means matching a floor to a wall to a terrace across different catalogues. Sovern House does that matching once, so you follow a line from the first sample to the final delivery.
There are nine named lines, three for each surface, all drawn from one palette so wood tones, stone looks and neutrals sit together. Floors: Meridian (engineered wood), Anchor (SPC rigid core) and Latitude (luxury vinyl). Walls: Strata (flexible soft stone), Cadence (fluted and acoustic slat) and Reed (faux marble and stone). Outdoor: Longshore (co-extruded WPC decking), Harbour (high-grip board) and Quay (WPC outdoor furniture).
Spec sheets, test certificates and BIM or CAD files are available for every line, and each shipment is batch-inspected like any Sovern Group order. Fluted and acoustic panels do double duty as feature walls and, correctly specified, as sound management for hard-surfaced rooms.
Ship it your way: under the Sovern House name, in plain white boxes, or under your own brand. Send a mood or a specification and we will build the sample set around it.

Sovern House: common questions
What is Sovern House?
A complete line of floor, wall and outdoor products already drawn, tested and costed, for designers, builders and architects who want a scheme chosen for them. It is the private-label programme of Sovern Group.
Can I buy single products instead?
Yes. The factory-direct range is on the Range page, with quotes by project. Sovern House is the quicker route when you want the choice made for you.
Can the goods carry my brand?
Yes. Lines ship under the Sovern House name, in plain white boxes, or under your own brand.
Can I get a coordinated sample set?
Yes. Send a mood or specification and we build the sample set around it, so floor, wall and outdoor surfaces are chosen from the real materials together.
Do the panels provide acoustic performance?
Slat panels on a high-density acoustic polyester (PET) backing are sound-absorbing, made to reduce residual noise and echo. Purely decorative fluted panels have no acoustic backing, so confirm the backing if acoustics are the goal.
What documentation is available for specification?
Formaldehyde, fire, wear, and slip test data for flooring, spec sheets, and BIM or CAD files on request, sufficient for a submittal or specification review.
Specified With Confidence
Our flooring carries the ratings your project has to file.
Formaldehyde, reaction to fire, wear, and slip are documented per flooring product and verified through independent testing. Full certificates and spec sheets are available on request.
