Buying factory-direct: the questions importers ask first.

Ordering
What is the minimum order?
One 20 ft container. You can mix products from different ranges in that container: flooring, wall panels and decking together, on one quote and one set of documents.
How long does production take?
15 to 30 days, depending on the specification. We confirm the date on your quotation.
Do you have stock ready to ship?
Yes, for flooring. Every lot is counted and dated on the Ready Stock page, and lots can be mixed in one container. Stock moves, so ask for the current position before you buy.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the product, format, colour and quantity through the quote form, or message Alex. We reply within one business day and price each project individually.
Payment and shipping
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, and the remaining 70% against the bill of lading. We also accept an irrevocable letter of credit (LC) at sight.
Which shipping terms do you quote?
FOB or CIF, quoted for each project. We ship worldwide.
Samples and your own brand
Can I get samples?
Yes. Sample boxes ship to your studio or site, and samples of any decor or board can be arranged.
Can you make products under my brand?
Yes. Every product we make can be made to OEM under your brand: flooring, wall and acoustic panels, decking and outdoor furniture. Flooring can also be made in any colour.
Quality and documents
How do you check quality?
Every batch is inspected and independently lab tested before it ships.
Which documents come with an order?
Spec sheets, test reports and certificates on request, plus BIM or CAD files. Origin documents come with the shipment, including Form E for China-origin flooring where the destination qualifies.
Can I see the certificates?
Certificates and test reports are available on request for the range you are buying. Tell us the standard and the market, and we send the documents.
